TOURNAMENT RULES

*NOTE: All teams WILL play all 3 days. We will request no games before 1:00pm on Friday.

 ADMISSION: BOTH Credit Card & Cash will be accepted. Weekend and day passes will be available for purchase at each venue:

• Adult Weekend Pass: $40
• Senior (65+) / Student Weekend Pass: $25
• Adult Day Pass: $15
• Senior (65+) / Student Day Pass: $10
• Children 10 & Under: Free

*Wristbands must be worn and clearly visible at all times while inside tournament venues. Anyone without a valid wristband will be asked to purchase a pass or leave the facility. 

 COACHES CHECK-IN: All coaches are required to check in at least one hour before the tip-off of their first game. Check-in will take place at the front entrance of your team’s first game location. At check-in, coaches will receive:

• Two (2) Coach Wristbands – only a COACH listed on your TournamentDepot roster will be given a wristband.
• One (1) Scorer’s Table Wristband
• These wristbands must be worn throughout the weekend for venue entry.

 SCORE KEEPER/TIME KEEPER: Each team is required to provide one adult to help at the scorer’s table for each game (either to run the clock or keep the score sheet).
As a thank you, that individual will receive a weekend admission wristband free of charge. Coaches, please plan ahead and communicate this responsibility with your team.

 NO LIVE STREAMING: There will be no live streaming of this year’s event. 

 ROAD CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY: Please be aware that there is ongoing road construction in the South Metro and Bloomington areas, including near some of our tournament venues. Travel times between gyms may be longer than usual, so we strongly recommend planning ahead, allowing extra time for travel, and using up-to-date navigation apps to avoid delays.
