- Coaches Information: Coaches will need to sign-in at the admission table to get in free for each game. Two coaches are allowed in for free.
- Score Keeper / Time Keeper: Each team will need to provide a score keeper and a timekeeper. We will have a scorebook at each table, along with a rule sheet to help out the time keeper.

JERSEY COLOR:
The HOME TEAM is the TOP team listed for each game on the Tourney Machine Phone App and will wear LIGHT COLORED jerseys, if possible. The VISITOR is the BOTTOM team listed on the Tourney Machine Phone App and will wear DARK COLORED jerseys, if possible. Please work together with the other Head Coach if there are any issues.
ADMISSION COSTS:
Admission is $10 per adult and $5 for students and senior citizens. Children 5 and under and players participating in the tournament are Free. Additionally, two coaches are free for each team, and we require that each coach stop at the admission table and sign-in prior to each game your team plays for free admission.

- Daily - $9 (+ sales tax) for adults, $4 (+ sales tax) for K-12 students, and free admission to anyone not yet in school.
- Weekend Pass - $22 (+ sales tax) for adults and $10 (+ sales tax) for K-12 students
- Coaches Information: Coaches will need to sign-in at the admission table to get in free for each game. Two coaches are allowed in for free.

AIA Holiday Hoopfest- Ames IA
NOTE: We will be requesting NO GAMES before 10:00am on Sat Dec 17th
- Admission Will be Daily / No 2 day passes
- All Admission will be $10 per ADULT, and $5 for Students.
- Preschool and under will be free
- Scorekeepers & clock operators will be provided by AIA staff for all games so parents can just enjoy the games!
- Warm Up Balls - WE WILL BE PROVIDING WARM UP BALLS AT THE FACILITY, AS WELL AS GAME BALLS!! (PLAYERS AND PARENTS SHOULD NOT BRING THEIR OWN BALLS INTO THE FACILITY)
- Coaches Check-In will occur at the front door of the Facilities. All coaches will need to check in prior to their first game to receive their weekend passes
- ALL game will be played at the Zachary Jensen Fieldhouse (1010 Dickinson Ave, Ames, IA 50014)
- Home team is listed first/top on Tourney Machine and will wear light colored jerseys
- Livestream option if parents are not able to make it: LIVESTREAM

- HOME team is listed on top of Tourney Machine games and will wear white/light colored jersey. VISITOR team is listed on bottom of Tourney Machine games and will wear dark colored jersey. Home team will provide a game ball.
- ADMISSIONS: $6/Adult and $4/Student. Coaches (2 max per team) will have a sign-in sheet at admissions table for free entry. We will have Venmo option to pay at admissions.
- SCOREKEEPERS: Each team will need to provide a scorekeeper for each game. Please provide an adult (18 or older)
- NO CONCESSIONS - Feel free to bring in your own drinks
