Midwest Basketball Showcase @ CHI- Omaha NE

 
CHI IS CASHLESS NOW. Please note that CHI is now a cashless facility. CHI has cash-to-card machines available for those of you bringing cash, and their credit card machines are faster at processing than in previous years.
 
Family Attendance Policy- There are no limits/restrictions on families attending the MBS 2021. All families and fans are welcome. In accordance with the new CDC policies, and Douglas County Health measures, masks are suggested but are not required to be worn.
 
HOME TEAM is the team listed first in pool play or on the top of the bracket (they will wear light color uniforms but bring both uniforms in case a team only has 1 color).
 
Doors to the Courts OPEN @ 4:30 PM on Friday. Doors OPEN at 7:30 AM on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
You will enter through Convention Center doors that face 10th Street.
 
Tournament App- Please download our free Midwest Basketball Showcase tournament app for Androids and Apple devices which puts the entire tournament on your phones or tablets. 
 
 
 
 
Parking at CenturyLink-There is some free parking behind the CenturyLink Arena on the Southeast corner by the Lewis & Clark landing. The City of Omaha is charging $10 to park in the CenturyLink parking lots; $15 if you want in and out privileges. There are parking meters on the streets around the CenturyLink, TD Ameritrade (southwest side) and Hilton Hotel (west side). Parking meters have to be plugged Friday until 9p; Saturday until 9p but are free all day on Sundays. There are meters at the following locations:
13th & Cuming St (west of baseball stadium)
12th St (1 blk west of CHI)
Mike Fahey St (between 10th and 15th St)
10th & Capitol to 15th & Capitol Ave)  
 
Concessions at CenturyLink- There will be concessions available. They charge $4 for bottled water and Gatorade. Enough said!
 
Restaurants Near CenturyLink-  There is a McDonald's on the corner of 24th & Cuming St which has a 24 hour drive thru; DJ's Dugout Sports Bar is on the corner of 10th & Capitol, kitchen is open until 11:30p; the Old Mattress Factory Sports Bar is located at 501 N 13th St, kitchen is open until 11:30p. Masks:There is no mask mandate for the tournament.  Players, Coaches, and Spectators do not need to wear a mask while attending the tournament.
BE AWARE - for our teams traveling from different states. There are still businesses and restaurants in the Twin Cities that require a mask to be worn while in their establishment. 
 
Admissions/Attendance:There is no restriction related to Admissions and Attendance.  All are welcome, and you can stick around to watch as many games as you want throughout the day.
 
Admission Prices for the Weekend:
$40 Weekend Pass (Adult)
$25 Weekend Pass (Senior/Child 12-Under)
$15 Adult Daily Pass
$10 Daily Pass (Senior/Child Under-12)
Children Under 5 - Free
 
Gyms/Locations:Due to the number of teams attending, it was imperative that we added a 4th facility for SATURDAY ONLY. The Gym locations are listed below.

Live Streaming of Games:Pass Tha Ball will be live streaming the event.  Access to livestreaming can be found at https://www.passthaball.com/
 
Table Workers (Scorekeeper/Clock):We are asking that each team provides the scorekeeper or the clock person for each game. 
 
Concessions: Concessions will be sold at all sites throughout the tournament, EXCEPT Saturday at Eden Prairie.
